AGENDA: (Topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates to be discussed)
5:30 PM: Open public hearing for the application of Kenneth Elliott for a special permit to continue use of dwelling at 119 South Schoolhouse Road as a 3-dwelling-unit structure;
6:00 PM: Open public hearing for the Planning Board’s current proposed Zoning Bylaw changes, i.e. 2 articles for proposed January Special Town Meeting;
6:30 PM +: Re-open regular Planning Board meeting after closing and/or continuing above two public hearings, for continued deliberations and/or discussions with respect to said hearings:
Review minutes of previous meeting(s);
Correspondence, abutting towns zoning actions;
7:00 PM: Continue deliberations for the application of Movement Retreat Center for a special permit to operate a retreat at 63 North County Road, to be known as, “Bent Birch”;
7:30 PM +: Marijuana bylaws;
Review of cell tower regs for electromagnetic concerns.
