Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 40A and the Leyden Zoning Bylaws that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Offices at 7 Brattleboro Road, Leyden, MA 01301, on Wed. Sept. 25, 2024 at 7:00 pm on the Application for a Special Permit by Movement Retreat Center, inc., for 63 North County Road, to establish a retreat center for up to 25 people, operating as a short term vacation rental in accordance with Sections 4.1.A.4.c, and 4.2.A.1 of the Leyden Zoning Bylaws, https://townofleyden.com/p/37/Planning-Board.
The Application noted above is on file with the Town Clerk and is available for review during normal Town Clerk and/or Town Coordinator business hours.
