6:30 PM: Review minutes of previous meeting(s);
6:35 PM: Correspondence, abutting towns zoning actions;
6:37 PM: Continue discussions to update Zoning Bylaws with respect to housing and the MA Affordable Housing Act, including how to separate articles for majority and super-majority vote requirements;
7:00 PM: Open public hearing for the application of Movement Retreat Center for a special permit to operate a retreat at 63 North County Road;
7:30 PM +: Re-open regular meeting for possible continued discussions: MA Affordable Housing Act and re-review of our housing & ADU bylaws;
Status of 3-family dwelling without permit;
Marijuana bylaws;
Review of cell tower regs for electromagnetic concerns.
