Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 40A and the Leyden Zoning Bylaws that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Offices at 7 Brattleboro Road, Leyden, MA 01301, on Wed. December 11, 2024 at 5:30 pm on the Application for a Special Permit by Kenneth Elliott, Jr., for 119 South Schoolhouse Road. The request is to allow re-application of an expired previous 3-apartment household special permit (1989), in accordance with Section 4.2.A.2. of the Leyden Zoning Bylaws, relative to a 3-family dwelling.
The Application noted above is on file with the Town Clerk and is available for review during normal Town Clerk and/or Town Coordinator business hours.
