2:00 P.M.

1. Review and approve the meeting notes from the previous meeting held on December 17, 2024. The November meeting was cancelled due to lack of quorum.

Old Business

1. Discuss the new grant for combining services with Bernardston.
2. Providing lunches through the winter months? What should that look like?

New Business

1. Any other items that need to be discussed?
2. The water quality at the Town Hall needs to be tested annually.
