6:30 PM: Review minutes of previous meeting(s);
6:35 PM: Correspondence, abutting towns zoning actions;
6:37 PM: Jack Golden for ANR plan on Stephen Lane;
6:47 PM: Fiscal 2026 Budget requests;
7:00 PM: Short term rentals and retreat regulations;
7:20 PM: Dark Sky presentation by Liz;
7:30 PM: Continue discussions to update Zoning Bylaws with respect to housing and the MA Affordable Housing Act ----possible additional public hearing needed due to newly issued Act regulations. Also need action on Short Term Vacation Rental limitations/special permits/BOH limits;
Possible further discussions:
Marijuana bylaws;
Review of cell tower regs for electromagnetic concerns;
PB Regulations updating to begin
