Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 40A and the Leyden Zoning Bylaws that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Offices at 7 Brattleboro Road, Leyden, MA 01301, on Wed. April 2, 2025 at 7:00 pm on the Application for a Special Permit by Elizabeth Tubergen, for 107 Brattleboro Road to allow a 25 x 40 addition (southerly) to a pre-existing, non-conforming dwelling, in accordance with Section 2, para. 2.5.B of the Leyden Zoning Bylaws.
The Application noted above is on file with the Town Clerk and is available for review during normal Town Clerk and/or Town Coordinator business hours.
