1. Upcoming Greenfield Planning Board hearing August 7, 2025 for a special permit at 370 Colrain Road (Butynski Farm) to allow a “Flag Lot”
2. Decision by Greenfield ZBA to allow special permit for reduced side setback at 99 Meadow Lane.
3. Decision by Greenfield ZBA to allow special permit for 6-foot fence within front setback at 6 Cross Street.

6:40 PM: Status of Attorney General submission of Bylaw Amendments after Town Meeting.

Possible further discussions:

• Marijuana bylaws;
• Review of cell tower regs for electromagnetic concerns;
• PB Regulations updating to begin
