Agenda:

1.) Meeting called to order
2.) Approval of October minutes
3.) Financial report. Review budget. Review financial plan to carry us through the end of the fiscal year.
4.) November luncheon
- How many meals served? (In-person, pickup and delivery).
- Cost of the meal.
- Assess November lunch. What worked? What do we need to differently going forward?
- Will someone volunteer to send a thank you note to Little Puddle Farmstand for donation to the lunch.
5.) Plans for December luncheon (menu, costs, music)
6.) The COA has been asked to work with Neighbor to Neighbor on A.) fundraising and distribution of gift cards (for grocery stores) for Leyden individuals and families who are experiencing food insecurity and B.) to work on developing a food pantry in Leyden. I went ahead and agreed to the first meeting. We need to decide if we want COA to work on this project.
If yes, we need a volunteer to represent COA at meetings with Neighbor to Neighbor.
7.) Upkeep and cleaning of Town Hall kitchen and bathrooms.
At our last meeting Katherine DiMatteo told us that the COA is responsible for the Town Hall.
Clarify roles and responsibilities.
What are the job responsibilities of the town custodian?
What are our parameters of what we can/will do for upkeep and cleaning?
