1. Approval of Minutes of previous meeting(s) (6:00 pm)
2. Correspondence: (6:05 pm)
   1. Upcoming Bernardston Planning Board hearing January 13, 2026, for a special permit to process cord wood and saw logs at 347 Martindale Road
   2. The Greenfield Zoning Board of Appeals granted a special permit to allow construction of a 60’ x 80’ covered storage space at 221 Leyden Road.
3. Reports from members’ attendance on recent meetings by the Town and other agencies assisting us. Report on current floodplain overlay district activity by SB. (6:10 pm)
4. Potential draft, based upon last meeting, on citizens’ request for a proposal to alter section 2.3 of the zoning bylaws, “lot and yard requirements,” decreasing lot setbacks by right, w/o special permit, and related site plan review considerations. (6:20 pm)
5. Status of Attorney General submission of Bylaw Amendments after Town Meeting. An additional 30-day AG response deadline is now Jan. 31st. (7:00 pm)
6. Possible discussions:
   1. Marijuana bylaws
   2. Review of cell tower regs for electromagnetic concerns
   3. PB Regulations updating to begin
   4. Leyden Flood Plain map status town-wide
   5. Citizens’ request for a proposal to alter section 2.3 of the zoning bylaws
7. Next meeting: Possibly February 11^th? Time?
