State changes filing date
"Applications: must be submit by December 1 of the same year a written application for classification to the board of assessors of the city or town in which the property is located."
We know that there is limited information out there surrounding this but December 1st is now the official state filing date. Applications with the amended filing date [on the Owner's Rights & Acknowledgments] are located on the Assessors' webpage under Forms.
